Here we show you what the sea means on three floors.
Climb the vacation summit and step inside. Two bedrooms with en-suite bathroom/WC and access to your own KLAFS sauna. A large living area with sofa bed and fireplace. A kitchen that is second to none. A large dining area with a desk for small jobs and a guest WC were not enough for us. It goes even further up and on your own rooftop you can enjoy a unique panoramic view of the “Binzer Bucht” and the landscape around the Kleiner Jasmunder Bodden.

Good to know
You can’t or don’t like to cook? – Simply become a snack maker and come into Mariandl’s kitchen. There we will provide you with a rich breakfast buffet or a hearty evening meal. An Guadn!
Kaiserschmarrn, coffee and cake are available in our authentic BaristaBar.
Parking spaces? Directly in front of the hut – in the outdoor area per vehicle & night 10 euros, in the underground garage per vehicle & night 15 euros. First come, first park!
Four-legged friends are welcome! Costs €15 per pet per night.
Come down again! Relax in our wellness area with heated indoor & outdoor pool, Finnish sauna hut, steam hut and saunarium. Relaxation! Free of charge!
PS: We have a minimum stay of 2 nights, but you don’t want to stay shorter than that anyway.

1 We can only confirm the early arrival or late departure service depending on availability. If guests are due to arrive or depart on the same day, it is unfortunately not possible for us to clean the apartments to our standard in the short time available. We ask for your understanding.
